Mr. Amir Saeed Rawn

Mr. Amir Saeed Rawn, Advocate Supreme Court is the senior at The Legal Xperts and is based in
firm’s Lahore office. He completed his LLB from University of Punjab in year 2003 and since then
has been handling civil, criminal, family, banking, corporate and constitutional matters, before
joining the Legal Xperts remained associated with renowned Law Firm Barrister Abdus Saleem
Law Associates for two years and thereafter from 2005 to 2008 remained Senior Associate at Aftab
Ahmad Bajwa Law Associates. Mr. Rawn established his own law firm in the year 2008 with the
name and style of The Legal Xperts Solicitors, Lawyers, and Legal Consultants. Mr. Rawn was
elected as Secretary Lahore High Court Bar Association in the year 2017-18. Mr. Rawn remained
Assistant Advocate General Punjab for 2018-19. As a Managing Partner of Firm, Mr. Rawn advised
and assisted diverse clientele, comprising of industrial groups in Pakistan, including Global Hallay
Private Limited, Coastal Co. Limited, Madellian Services Pvt. Limited, and other multi-nationals,
public and private sector bodies in auto mobile, banking, energy, and textile sectors mainly on

Law and Constitutional law. Mr. Rawn has been senior Legal Advisor Lahore Development
Authority and also the legal advisor of Federal Government Employees Housing Authority and
Pakistan Housing Foundation. Before establishing The Legal Xperts, Mr. Rawn was working with
Parks & Horticulture Authority (PHA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Defence Housing
Authority (DHA), Fazaia Housing Projects, Zubair and Sons, Siraj Tiles Pvt. Limited, Zaki and Co.
and Junaid Corporations as their legal advisor and in this capacity, he was responsible for managing
and supervising all of the litigation pending in different courts, regarding them. Mr. Rawn has also
vast experience in the field of corporate management and has served on the Board of Directors of
Lahore Waste Management (Pvt.) Limited as an independent director of the Company.

Mr. Waqar Ahmed Khan

Mr. Waqar Ahmad Khan is the Senior Partner of the Firm and is based in firm’s Lahore office. He
completed his LLB from University of Punjab in the year 2005 and since then has been handling
Civil, Revenue, Family, and Employment litigation. Before joining The Legal Xperts he remained
associated with one of the leading law firm Atif & Atif Law Associates for more than Ten years.

During his long association with Atif & Atif Law Associates, he worked with the head of law firm
Mr. Muhammad Atif Amin Advocate Supreme Court in number of landmark civil and revenue
cases. As senior Associate of Atif & Atif Law Associate he advised and assisted diverse clientele,
comprising of industrial groups in Pakistan, including Saigol Group of Industries, PEL, JK Group

Ch. Ishfaq Ahmad

Ch. Ishfaq Ahmad is an advocate High Court and Senior Associate of The Legal Xperts and is

Ch. Muhammad Ajmal Haq Advocate, is Senior Associate of the Firm, started his law practice in
the year 2004 with M/S Ch. Tanveer & Associates, and since then has been conducting cases
including civil as well as criminal. Since establishment of firm, he is conducting civil, banking,
revenue, criminal, constitutional and co-operative cases from trial court up to superior courts.
Besides conducting cases before the Banking and other courts, the firm has been preparing
documents regarding mortgage, lease agreements and for the purpose of loan etc.
