Ms. Nabila Gulzar is Senior Associate of the Firm and is based in firm’s Lahore office. She
completed her LLB from University of The Punjab in the year 2004 and since then has been
handling Civil, Revenue, Family and Employment litigation as an associate at a renowned law firm
AGHS till 2006. Before joining the Firm, she remained associated with one of the leading law firms
A & S Law Associates as an associate and legal consultant for more than Ten years.

During her long association with A & S Law Associates, she worked with the head of law firm Mr.
Amir Saeed Rawn Advocate High Court in number of landmark civil and revenue cases. As senior
Associate of A & S Law Associates, she advised and assisted diverse clientele, comprising of
industrial groups in Pakistan, multi-nationals, public and private sector bodies in auto mobile,
banking, energy, and textile sectors mainly on issues pertaining to Law of Contract, Property Laws,
Commercial and Corporate Laws, Banking Laws, and Constitutional law. Before joining the Firm,
she was working with certain media groups, multinationals, and industrials groups as their legal
advisor and in this capacity, she was responsible for managing and supervising all the litigation
pending in different courts, regarding them. Furthermore, she used to render legal opinions to the
above-mentioned companies on both contentious and non contentious issues including but not
limited to secretarial matters, industrial disputes, regulatory affairs, and complex contractual
matters.
At present, she is an active member of the Firm’s litigation wing and appearing in many important
cases including some high-profile pro bono cases pending before the Honourable Lahore High
Court, Lahore.
