Irfan Mehmood is an Advocate Lower Court and Senior Associate of the Firm and is based in
Firm’s Lahore office. He completed his LLB from Bahauddin Zikiriya University Multan in the
year 2020 and since then has been involved in handling Civil, Criminal and Banking Law from trial
court. Since his enrollment as an advocate from Punjab Bar Council, started working as an associate
in Amir Rawn Law Associates.

During his long association with Amir Rawn Law Associates, he worked as the head of law firm
in number of landmark criminal, civil and revenue cases. As a senior Associate of Amir Rawn Law
Associates, he advised and assisted diverse clientele, comprising of industrial groups in Pakistan,
including Global Hallay Private Limited, Coastal Co. Limited, Madellian Services Pvt. Limited,
and other multi-nationals, public and private sector bodies in auto mobile, banking, energy, and
textile sectors mainly on issues pertaining to Property Laws, Commercial and Corporate Laws,
Banking Laws, Criminal Law, and Constitutional law. Before joining The Legal Xperts, he was
working with Zubair and Sons, Siraj Tiles Pvt. Limited, Zaki and Co and Junaid Corporations as
their legal advisor and in this capacity, he was responsible for managing and supervising all the
litigation pending in different courts, regarding them. Furthermore, he used to render legal opinions
to the above-mentioned companies on both contentious and non contentious issues including but
not limited to secretarial matters, industrial disputes, regulatory affairs, and complex contractual
matters.
