Mr. Muhammad Irfan
Mr. Muhammad Irfan is the Senior Associate of the Firm and is based in firm’s Lahore office. He
completed his LLB from University of Punjab in the year 2005 and did his LLM from University
of Glamorgan UK in 2008 and since then has been involved in handling Civil, Revenue, Family
and Employment litigation as an associate at a renowned law firm Hashim Law Associates till
2008. Before joining The Legal Xperts he remained associated with one of the leading law firms
Ahmed Awais Law Associates as a senior associate and legal consultant for more than ten years.
During his long association with Ahmad Awais (Hashim Law Associates), he worked with the head
of law firm Mr. Ahmad Awais Advocate Supreme Court (Advocate General Punjab) in number of
landmark civil and revenue cases. As senior Associate of Ahmad Awais Law Associates, he advised
and assisted diverse clientele, comprising of industrial groups in Pakistan, multi-nationals, public
and private sector bodies in auto mobile, banking, energy, and textile sectors mainly on issues
pertaining to Law of Contract, Property Laws, Commercial and Corporate Laws, Banking Laws,
and Constitutional law. Before joining Firm, he was working with certain media groups,
multinationals, and industrials groups as their legal advisor and in this capacity, he was responsible
for managing and supervising all the litigation pending in different courts, regarding them.
Furthermore, he used to render legal opinions to the above-mentioned companies on both
contentious and non contentious issues including but not limited to secretarial matters, industrial
disputes, regulatory affairs, and complex contractual matters.
At present, he is an active member of the Firm’s litigation wing and appearing in many important
cases including some high-profile pro bono cases pending before the Honourable Lahore High
Court, Lahore.
