Malik Masroor Haider Usman

Malik Masroor Haider Usman is the Associate at the Firm and is based in firm’s Multan office. He
completed his LLB from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan in the year 2011 and since then
has been handling Civil, Revenue, Family and Employment litigation as an associate at a renowned
law firm “A Juris” 2011 till 2014.

During his long association with A Juris Law Associates, he worked with the head of law firm Mr.
Amir Saeed Rawn Advocate High Court in number of landmark civil and revenue cases. As
Associate of A Juris, he advised and assisted diverse clientele, comprising of industrial groups in
Pakistan, multi-nationals, public and private sector bodies in auto mobile, banking, energy, and
textile sectors mainly on issues pertaining to Law of Contract, Property Laws, Commercial and
Corporate Laws, Banking Laws, and Constitutional law. Before joining The Legal Xperts, he was
working with certain media groups, multinationals, and industrials groups as their legal advisor and
in this capacity, he was responsible for managing and supervising all the litigation pending in
different courts, regarding them. Furthermore, he used to render legal opinions to the above
mentioned companies on both contentious and non contentious issues including but not limited to
secretarial matters, industrial disputes, regulatory affairs, and complex contractual matters.
At present, he is an active member of the Firm’s litigation wing and appearing in many important
cases including some high-profile pro bono cases pending before the Honourable Lahore High
Court, Lahore.
