Ch. Ishfaq Ahmad is an advocate High Court and Senior Associate of The Legal Xperts and is
based in firm’s Islamabad office. Mr. Ahmad completed his LLB from University of Punjab in the
year 2003 and since then has been handling Civil and Criminal litigation. Since his enrolment as
an advocate, he was working as an associate with Ch. Younas Law Associates till March 2008 and
served as Assistant District Public Prosecutor in KPK from 2008 to 2010 and joined the law firm
in the year 2011. After joining Firm, he has been working with certain media groups,
multinationals, and industrials groups as their legal advisor and in this capacity, he was responsible
for managing and supervising all the litigation pending in different courts, regarding them.
Furthermore, he used to render legal opinions to the above-mentioned companies on both
contentious and non contentious issues including but not limited to secretarial matters, industrial
disputes, regulatory affairs, and complex contractual matters.
At present, he is an active member of the Firm’s litigation wing and appearing in many important
cases including some high-profile pro bono cases pending before the Honourable Lahore High
Court, Lahore.
